CSM have a wealth of experience in managing complex programmes in extremely challenging time frames. To ensure our customers have a full understanding of progress, CSM provide a weekly update that shows overall progress, any risks to key milestones and recovery actions if or when required.
We also provide update images of tooling progress to ensure the customer can see physical progress of their tooling.
